Most events (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays etc) have guests who travel from elsewhere in the state. Staying at Spear Creek is affordable for your guests - much cheaper than a motel and of course keeps the relatives out of your hair on that important occasion.
Your guests will have lots of time to catch up with people they may not have seen for a long time and lots of space to avoid those they do not wish to be stuck with.

Our experience has been that some of your guests may arrive on Friday night and some may wish to go home the following Monday. They can choose whether stay with us on a full live-in basis or perhaps bring a caravan and stay in our modern caravan park. Each night there is a camp fire and there is no curfew so your party can last as late as you like and nobody has to drive home.

Spear Creek is a camping coach park and as they book 18 months in advance it is possible that a group of international tourists may be here. Their camp fire is 200 metres from yours so your space will not be invaded. Your guests will be able to join in any of the demonstrations the tourists are having - sheep shearing, or other activities including 4WD ridge top tours, 6WD property tours and sunset tours.
You may wish to book a property tour on our 6WD, 32 seat open coach for Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

Normally the event organizer pays for the main meal and the guests pay for whatever services they use. We have a general facility licence 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but also for your convenince we allow BYO.
